Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2019, Lionel Weller assists a clientele made up of companies and entrepreneurs. He is involved in the management and sale of companies and, more specifically, in restructuring companies and advising their managers. His main areas of expertise are business transfers, tax litigation, tax optimisation of business flows and the restructuring of companies and wealth at both national and international level.
