Øystein Løken works primarily with capital marked transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, corporate law and exchange law. He has substantial experience in assisting companies or their owners in transactions both within and outside the stock exchange. Øystein assists companies and their owners in a wide specter of commercial fields, such as start-up of enterprises, negotiations and entering into different kind of agreements, as joint-venture or shareholders agreements, investments agreements, financing or emissions, integration of businesses by merger etc. and by sales and buying processes with biddings, due diligence and negotiations. He has assisted a number of foreign businesses in establishing in Norway. Øystein has previous experience as legal adviser in public sector activities, as deputy judge and as lawyer in the law firm BA-HR before he came to Kvale in 2001. Øystein was the Managing Partner of Kvale from 2018 to 2020.
