Aditi Mittal is a partner at K Law’s New Delhi Office. She has over 11 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation matters. Aditi started her career in a chamber practice in the Courts at New Delhi where she built a strong foundation in the area of dispute resolution. She also worked as in-house legal counsel at Network18 where she was handling the litigation portfolio for the company. She regularly advices clients on dispute resolution, strategies, and represents clients across industries- Banking & Financial Services, FMCG, Technology companies, Media & Entertainment to name a few. She is also well recognized in her expertise on Insolvency Law and has been part of some landmark cases in this field. Outside of law, her interests are travelling, reading and music. She is a trained Vocalist in Hindustani Classical Music. She is also passionate about helping the underprivileged and is involved in several philanthropic activities.
