Niklas Ahlklo is a partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Niklas advises private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on all forms of leveraged M&A and portfolio assistance, including restructuring advice. Niklas is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
