Matthew Arenson is a corporate partner in the Firm’s Miami office. His practice primarily involves representing private equity sponsors and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. Matthew also counsels clients on a range of general corporate matters, including governance and executive compensation. Matthew has worked on transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare and life sciences; aerospace and defense; specialty chemicals and materials; manufacturing; food and beverage; business and professional services; technology; and transportation and logistics. Matthew has handled matters on behalf of, among others, Sun Capital Partners, AE Industrial Partners, Brightstar Capital Partners, SK Capital Partners, Madison Dearborn Partners, Marlin Equity Partners, Water Street Healthcare Partners, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Garnett Station Partners, as well as many of their portfolio companies.
