Frances Dales is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on representing private equity funds, private companies and public companies in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority and joint venture investments, growth equity investments, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and divestitures. Frances has experience counseling clients in a number of industries, including software, asset management, consumer products and healthcare.
