Monika Srivastava is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in our New Delhi office. Monika specialises in corporate law and has extensive experience in handling transactions involving mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity investments, corporate and commercial structuring and general corporate advisory. Monika started her career at Linklaters LLP in London and then moved to India. Monika has represented various domestic and international clients, private equity investors, social enterprises and other organisations on a range of transactions and legal, commercial and regulatory issues. Her focus areas include the education and not-for-profit sector and IT and ITES sector.
