For over 20 years, Robin Happel has focused her practice on representing individuals and entities in a variety of corporate securities transactions and matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities laws compliance, commodities laws compliance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives trading documentation, and general corporate law matters. She regularly advises investment advisors to onshore and offshore funds with respect to investment management activities. Ms. Happel also has experience representing activist investors in proxy contests and consent solicitations.
