Mike Ryan is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and chair of the Information Technology and Outsourcing practice group. He focuses his practice on a variety of complex transactional matters in the technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) industries. Mr. Ryan’s experience encompasses IT and BPO transactions; agreements for the development and deployment of software and infrastructure (including Cloud Software-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service delivery models); intellectual property licensing transactions; resale and distribution agreements; and mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures/strategic alliances and equity investments. Mr. Ryan also acts in a general counsel capacity for a number of privately held companies. Mr. Ryan has particular experience advising clients on transactions with an international scope, including working with the firm’s closely affiliated office in Mumbai, India.
