Lorenza Ferro works in the field of corporate and commercial law, assisting Swiss and foreign companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Lorenza has gained significant experience in investments; acquisition and disposal of shares; sale or lease of companies or business units; as well as the transfer of strategic assets, including assistance in obtaining and issuing the authorizations related to such transactions. In this context, Lorenza has been involved in the largest transactions handled by the firm in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, banking and energy. Lorenza also provides assistance in relation to corporate governance issues for companies and senior management, as well as providing specialist support in the fields of international contract law (with a specialization in Italian and Swiss law) and EU law by supporting the management of negotiations in day-to-day business.
