K. Ravi Ranjan graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India in 2005. He provides legal services on plethora of matters to various sectors/entities including but not limited to IT, ITES, Aviation, FMCG, Real Estate, Infrastructure, E-Commerce, BFSI, NBFC, Manufacturing, Health, Hospitality, Education, Telecom, Media, Societies etc. He handles the firm’s corporate legal advisory and currently provides advisory on acquisitions, finance, foreign investment, restructuring, private equity, joint ventures, employment laws, data privacy, projects and debt finance. Mr. Ravi has worked on transactions pertaining to foreign investment / venture capital related issues. He has also been supporting clients by assisting them in corporate governance implementation, building awareness of legal risk exposure. Apart from corporate and commercial law he also provides services related to transaction modeling, secretarial compliance, labour law advisory, general legal advisory, pre emptive legal support, drafting & negotiation of contracts.
