Wang Man began practice in July 2006 and is a partner based in the Beijing office. Ms. Wang specializes in private equity (focusing on both fund formation and downstream investments), mergers and acquisitions, insurance company investment (utilization of insurance funds), and employee stock option plans (ESOP). She has represented well-known sponsors and institutional investors in dozens of fund structure and formation projects with various fund structures, including parallel funds, feeder funds, fund of funds (FoF), mezzanine funds and other types of structured funds. She has advised the following representative clients: China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group (CBNPG), Bank of China International (BOCI), China Development Bank (CDB), CITIC Trust, China UnionPay, Macquarie, Korean Development Bank (KDB), CDIB (Taiwan), EverBright Capital, GL Capital, CECIC, Huangneng Capital, Prosnav Capital, E-Founder Fund, Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), Beijing Drainage Group, Sinovo VC and Ping An Trust. Ms. Wang has represented insurance companies in private equity fund investment, outbound investment, real estate investment and asset management program investment. She has advised the following representative insurance company clients: China Life Insurance, China Life Investment, China Re Asset Management, New China Life and Sino SIG.
