Qu Huiqing joined JunHe in 2002 and is a partner with the firm. Ms. Qu specializes in capital markets-related practices, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, major assets reorganization of listed companies, bond issuance and real estate. During her 16 years of practice, Ms. Qu has provided comprehensive legal services to a number of A-share, H-share and small red-chip listings as well as scores of M&A, PE investment and bond issuance projects. Ms. Qu has provided expertise to a wide range of industries, including internet technology firms, pharmaceuticals, press and publishing, culture, banking, insurance, thermal power, photovoltaics, wind power, real estate, hotels, machinery manufacturing, gas, coal, automobile, chemical engineering, education, food, sports, information security and mining. Ms. Qu is a committee member of the Party Committee of Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyers Association and a committee member of the Beijing Dongcheng District Youth Union.
