An Ming started his practice in 2006 and joined JunHe’s Shenzhen office in March 2014. Before joining JunHe, An Ming worked for an Australian law firm, and two other top-tier Beijing-based PRC law firms. During his practice, Mr. An has assisted many PRC companies in their IPOs in the domestic or overseas stock markets and represented many companies in their takeovers and cross-border investments. He has also advised several renowned fund managers in their formation of new funds and fund investments. Mr. An has extensive experience in a wide range of industries such as the internet, biological technology and medicine, education, real estate and NGOs.
