Nicholas Grambas is a leading international Infrastructure M&A, Projects and Finance lawyer with a deep understanding of commercial and legal structuring of transactions. He works across a range of sectors, including transportation infrastructure (ports, airports, roads, bridges, rail and mass transit), digital infrastructure (data centers, subsea cable), power and renewables (solar, onshore/offshore wind, geothermal, hydro), waste-to-energy, water and wastewater, district energy, pipelines, energy storage/terminals, “core plus” infrastructure (towers, car parks, telecoms) and resources infrastructure.
