Yuanyuan Lu graduated from Fudan University School of Law and New York University School of law. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu has been practicing law since 2005 in leading law firms. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2018 as a partner of the firm. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu has sound experience in private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu advises PE/VC firms, including RMB funds and USD funds, on their onshore and offshore investments in companies in high-tech or emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, new retail, internet banking, pharmaceutical and etc. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu advises strategic investors, financial investors and target companies on a range of M&A transactions, including onshore and cross-border deals, acquisitions of private companies and state-owned companies and deals involving red-chip restructuring. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu has represented many general partners and anchor investors in formation of RMB funds, including RMB funds initiated by top international investment firms. Ms. Yuanyuan Lu was admitted to the PRC bar in 2006 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2014.
