Mr. Huang Yongqing is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, with over 20 years of domestic and international legal service experiences in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, competition & antitrust law, and capital markets. His legal practice spans various industries, including new technology/new economy, TMT, traditional manufacturing, software, services, finance and insurance, healthcare, real estate, environmental protection, and retail, among others. Mr. Huang has consistently received recommendations and awards from renowned legal rating agencies and professional media in recent years. His honors include being named the 2021 "China Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year (Beijing)" by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000), as well as being recommended lawyer in the TMT, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private equity sectors on The Legal 500 Asia Pacific rankings list for 2021. He was also recognized as one of China's Top Fifteen M&A Lawyers by ALB in 2018 and recommended lawyer in the antitrust and unfair competition fields by Legal 500 in 2016 and 2017. Additionally, Mr. Huang is a member of the "National Talent Pool of One Thousand Foreign-Related Lawyers" selected by the Ministry of Justice of China, and he currently serves as a committee member of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Internal Review Committee. Mr. Huang graduated from Peking University Law School, where he obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in law. He also holds a Master's degree in law from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in the United States. Mr. Huang is a qualified lawyer in China and a member of the New York State Bar Association. His working languages are Chinese and English.
