Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Michael Yu has worked in reputable law firms in China for more than 10 years. Michael Yu specializes in private equity & venture capital as well as mergers and acquisitions. The industries cover internet, finance, manufacturing, real estate, consumer and other industries. His professional services include due diligence, transaction structure advice, participation in negotiations, drafting legal documents and providing legal opinions, etc. His major clients include Lightspeed, Capital Today, Zhenai Inc., TCC Group, Bureau Veritas Group and many other domestic enterprises, foreign enterprises and internet companies.
