Meng Chen graduated from Peking University with bachelor degree in law. Mr. Chen has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and became a partner in 2017. Mr. Chen specializes in securities and capital market, M & A, FDI and funds and PE. In the area of securities and capital market, Mr. Chen has represented several companies in their overseas listing, enterprises’ reorganization and debt financing instruments issuing projects. Mr. Chen also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for overseas and domestic investors and listed companies to carry out M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Mr. Chen has special interests in the industries of automobile, chemical, medical, education, telecommunications, media and technology, real estate and food. Mr. Chen was admitted to PRC bar in 2013. Mr. Chen is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
