Hua Dai graduated from Beijing Union University as Bachelor of Law in 1992, and got LLM at international commercial law through training courses of University of Business and Economics in 2001. Before entering Jingtian& Gongcheng, Mr. Dai respectively worked for Beijing Tianzhong Law Firm from 1993 to 1996 and Beijing Jincheng Law firm from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, Mr. Dai joined Jingtian & Gongcheng and became a partner in 2007. Mr. Dai specializes in corporate matters, securities, M & A, and restructuring. Mr. Dai obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1993 and became a qualified security lawyer through an exam held by CSRC in 2001. Mr. Dai is fluent in both Chinese and English.
