Practical and goal-oriented, Robert Rawn is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, compliance, and corporate governance. A Co-Chair of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, Rob serves a wide range of public and private companies and offers dynamic approaches to client service and collaboration. His experience ranges from middle market to multi-billion dollar transactions and he also has extensive experience advising on cross-border deals. Rob also has substantial expertise advising on business combination transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). Rob works on transactional corporate matters and provides ongoing securities compliance and corporate governance advice. He understands how to listen to clients and understand their goals on a particular deal, how to coordinate teams, and how to ensure responsiveness. Rob takes particular pride in handling many repeat engagements for clients and in fostering long-term client relationships. Rob has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, technology and telecommunications networking. Recent M&A clients include Silgan Holdings Inc., Stanley Black & Decker, Shift Technologies, Internap Holding LLC, ATI Global Limited and Leap Legal Software. Rob was a partner at another national law firm before joining Jenner in 2019.
