He is a Partner in Jaswal Johnston LLP’s Real Estate team, specialising in residential property sales, acquisitions, remortgages and transfers. He also undertakes all types of notarial work and is highly experienced in UK Immigration related matters. Gursant has an extensive client base, including high net worth clients, lending institutions, property developers and investors. Gursant’s strong network of business contacts include Central London estate agents, property search agents, surveyors, planning consultants, architects and financial advisors. In addition, he acts on all commercial aspects of UK’s largest privately owned travel company. Clients benefit not only from Gursant’s legal expertise but also from the introductions to his contacts.
