Bio

Bracke Didier graduated in Law in 1992. He obtained an LL.M. in European Community Law at the European College in Bruges. Before joining Janson in July 2005, he worked at the law firm Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Didier Bracke is specialised in dispute resolution in which he has more than 20 years of experience, handling a wide range of cases among others relating to banking, construction, commercial and civil law litigation. Through his long experience in proceedings, he has acquired an exceptional knowledge of judicial law. He is known for following to the letter case law and legal doctrine in various fields.
