Pratyush Khurana has more than a decade of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer – both in the M&A and PE & VC space. He has acted for and advised multinational companies, funds (domestic as well as international), entrepreneurs, and start-ups/ emerging growth companies, in transactions as well as general corporate matters. Pratyush represents a wide variety of technology companies from education, healthcare, consumer internet, electronic vehicle industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital funds in investment transactions and portfolio company matters. Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Pratyush was an Associate Partner at Link Legal India Law Services. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and reading autobiographies.
