Matthew Ahlers assists real estate developers, lenders and investors in their efforts nationwide. Matt represents clients in complex real estate transactions, often including development incentives and tax credits. He works with clients throughout the country on state and federal rehabilitation Historic Tax Credit (HTC) transactions – including revitalization of older buildings and commercial spaces – and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) deals.
