Soren Hornbaek Svendsen has more than 15 years' experience as an adviser to companies in the energy sector. Søren has special expertise in the purchase and sale of companies, wind farms, oil and gas licenses and other assets in the energy sector. Søren also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting contracts as well as handling the energy sector's regulatory challenges. Søren has experience from and understands the challenges from both sides of the table - from more than 15 years in law firms and almost 10 years as chief legal officer and deputy director at DONG Energy and as group lawyer at FL Smidth. In addition, Søren is chairman of the Danish Energy Rights Association , for which Horten also serves as secretariat.
