Søren Toft Bjerreskov advises companies, foundations, institutional investors, pension companies, PE funds and small and medium-sized enterprises. Søren is specialised in complex company law issues, including self-financing, cross-border mergers, demergers, shareholder loans, corporate governance and management responsibility. In addition, Søren has wide experience in contract drafting, including shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and infrastructure agreements. Søren also advises on issues relating to securities law which are closely related to corporate law, including general meetings in listed companies, disclosure obligations and internal rules for issuers.
