Stephane Huten is a partner in our Paris office and a member of our Corporate & Finance practice and of the global Private Equity Leadership Team. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies with particular expertise in private equity transactions. He also advises on stock exchange law and corporate governance issues. Stéphane Huten was recognised as one of the "forty under forties rising stars" by Financial News. And as one of the 50 most promising French lawyers (Magazine Droit des Affaires). Stéphane has been ranked 3rd busiest M&A lawyer in Europe during the first half of 2020 according to data from Mergermarket in 2020. In 2019 he was ranked as one of the “Top M&A Lawyers in France and EMEA” by MergerLinks (2019) as “up and coming” by Chambers 2019-2020. He was ranked first of the "Top France 2018 individual legal advisers" in volume by Merger Market (2018).
