Bio

Ambika is an experienced litigator who represents and counsels clients on a broad range of matters, including government contracts, business torts, employment matters, and commercial contract disputes. Ambika has represented clients in government contracts matters involving size protests, bid protests, claims, and False Claims Act investigations, and counseled clients on suspension and debarment matters. In addition, she has counseled clients regarding the U.S. Small Business Administration’s socioeconomic small business programs, such as the 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Historically Under-utilized Business Zones programs. Her experience also includes representing clients at bench and jury trials and in appellate courts. Prior to joining Hirschler, Ambika was an associate at PilieroMazza, where she focused her practice on government contracts matters and commercial litigation. Before PilieroMazza, Ambi was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Baker Hostetler LLP, where she focused on commercial and international litigation and arbitration and government contracts. She has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitral and administrative forums.
