As a Partner in the Corporate team, I advise clients across a broad spectrum of corporate matters including disposals, mergers and acquisitions, investments, private equity and venture capital arrangements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate governance. I have particular expertise and experience in guiding fast growing businesses through seed, development and venture capital funding rounds and on to exit, and my aim, whether acting for corporate, institution or individual, is to cut through typical transactional noise with a proactive, creative and commercially focused approach. In 2013 I was named 'Birmingham Young Professional of the Year' for the legal sector.
