Fabio D’Ippolito graduated in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1993. A member of the Bar Association of Milan since 1998, he attended courses in notarial law at the Scuola del Consiglio Notarile of Milan and Università Cattolica, working with various Notary Pratices. He has expertise in the sectors of conveyancing and management of property, company law and law of succession; dealing also with all the relative litigations both in and out of court. In the sector of the law of succession, Fabio D’Ippolito has assisted clients in the division of complex inheritance, dealing with negotiation and out of court settlements, and, when necessary, in starting court proceedings. Fabio has acted as arbitrator and defence lawyer in various arbitration proceedings at the Arbitration Chamber of Milan. He has written on the subject of consumer rights in contracts and civil procedural law.
