Meg is a Director and leads the Commercial Litigation team at Harris Carlson Lawyers and has a depth of experience in acting for a range of Litigants in both State and Federal jurisdictions. While Meg’s practice covers a range of areas, she has a particular passion for assisting clients in the complex area of Bankruptcy and Corporate Insolvency, along with Debt Recovery and Enforcement. Like all areas of the law that she practices, Meg is able to formulate and advise clients on a path to resolution that is both commercial and practical, taking into consideration the specific needs of each client and circumstance.
