Michael Condon focuses on the purchase and sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, including the negotiation, reviewing and drafting of commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, mortgage loan documents and other real estate related agreements. He counsels financial institutions on commercial loan transactions. Mike advises businesses at all phases of their business development and assists them on organizational matters, general business contracts, governmental compliance issues, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and various environmental compliance matters.
