I have been doing M&A for almost 20 years and Management Advisory for a good part of the last ten years. Does that make me different from all the great lawyers out there? The answer is simple – no! But I do truly enjoy getting my hands dirty on a deal and seeing it come through. I have loved doing transactions since day one. Some things change, some simply don’t. I hate to lose, but you can’t win every battle. Over the years I have learned to pick my battles and ways to avoid getting into them in the first place. To me this translates into being engaged and passionate, yet pragmatic and focused on solutions.
