Bio

Antti Kuha practice focuses on capital markets, public and private M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience of complex cross-border transactions of public corporations in particular. Antti has advised clients in a number of public tender offers, IPOs, rights offerings, and private placements, including some of the largest transactions in the Finnish market. Antti is a graduate of the University of Helsinki and Stanford Law School and a member of the New York Bar. He has also frequently lectured on securities regulation and cross-border transactions at the University of Helsinki.
