Ye Taoye is an international partner based in the Shanghai office of Haiwen & Partners. Taoye has extensive experience in structuring and executing cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments in China, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Taoye also has substantial experience in the structuring and establishment of onshore and offshore investment funds.
