Ryan Gunderson specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, with a particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and SEC compliance. Ryan has represented clients in numerous M&A transactions of venture-backed companies. He has also represented companies in a variety of public and private offerings and venture capital transactions. Ryan serves as outside general counsel to a wide variety of life sciences and technology companies, including high-growth companies in the medical device, software, consumer internet and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Ryan practiced at Morrison & Foerster LLP and DLA Piper LLP. Ryan has also served as in-house counsel to a start-up in the video commerce space.
