John Tolpa is a partner in our San Diego office. John is a corporate and securities lawyer, specializing in the representation of emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth, from start-up to mature public companies. His practice focuses on advising companies on corporate formation and governance, VC financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. John represents a wide variety of technology companies in the consumer internet, software, hardware, telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and entertainment industries. He also represents top-tier venture funds in their investments in emerging growth companies.
