Francesca Crisera Ruiz advises public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters, both domestic and international, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Francesca also counsels clients on general corporate matters and has extensive commercial and intellectual property experience including advising clients in the areas of commercial contracts, trademarks and licensing.
