Vincenzo Dispinzeri focuses on banking and corporate law and extraordinary transactions. Vincenzo has an interdisciplinary professional background that allowed him to extend his expertise into areas that are considered atypical for Italian lawyers, such as: technical analysis of financial intermediaries; accounting issues; analysis and compiling of business plans, etc. Since several years Vincenzo has been consulting for Banks, financial intermediaries and listed companies in relation to regulatory and corporate governance issues as well as in relation to extraordinary transactions. Before joining Grimaldi, Vincenzo was a partner of several law firms - among others: Professionisti Associati/Deloitte, Pavia e Ansaldo, Watson Farley and Williams, Vietti e Associati - and an officer of the Bank of Italy Supervision Department. Vincenzo has been appointed as member of several corporate bodies of banks, financial intermediaries and listed companies.
