Bio

Riccardo Manfrini is a partner of the Firm and has over thirty years' experience in providing extrajudicial assistance to leading domestic and foreign clients. He specializes in corporate law with particular reference to mergers, acquisitions, private equity and, more generally, extraordinary domestic and cross-border transactions. He also provides advice on corporate governance and commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally. Since 2014, he has been a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and focuses on assistance and protection of assets and family planning.
