Riccardo Bovino has twenty years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained through constant specialization and legal assistance provided in domestic and international transactions in favor of companies, banks and financial institutions. He gained particular experience in complex extraordinary transactions including listed companies, joint ventures, capital markets deals, banking m&a, also in the context of restructuring deal. He regularly provides assistance in defining the structure of transactions and ownership structure, as well as corporate governance and compliance. He also deals with corporate and commercial litigation, having played the role of arbitrator and assisting Italian companies and entities, in particular, and directors and statutory auditors, in the context of complex disputes. He is a member of the Board of Directors of holding companies and operating companies, as an independent director. He is a lecturer in the Master Avvocato d’Affari (Business Lawyer) and in the Master Diritto del Commercio Internazionale (International Law and Commerce) organized by "il Sole 24Ore", as well as a speaker in Continuing Professional Training courses approved by the Ordine degli Avvocati of Milan. Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Riccardo Bovino worked for 9 years in an Italian law firm, qualified as an equity partner and also held the position of director of the firm and head of the corporate department. He previously worked for many years in a major English international law firm.
