Paolo Rulli boasts over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in Italy (formerly as a partner at Grimaldi&Clifford Chance, then at Clifford Chance and, currently, at Grimaldi). He has developed substantial expertise in the sectors of M&A and Real Estate. Paolo mainly provides assistance to institutional and foreign investors on complex deals and has long assisted clients on national and cross-border transactions.
