Nir Knoll is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. Nir began his Israeli legal career at Gornitzky & Co. in 2014 as a legal intern and has continued as an associate. Prior to joining Gornitzky, Nir served as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Group of a leading New York law firm. Nir is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (both inbound and outbound), equity offerings on foreign exchanges, private equity investments and general commercial matters.
