Alon Rom joined Gornitzky & Co. as a partner in 2022. Before joining the firm, Alon was a partner in the Hi-Tech Department of a leading commercial law firm. Alon has extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the Israeli High-Tech industry at various levels. Representing High-Tech companies, from early-stage companies to mature companies, and investors, both private and funds. Alon represents Israeli and international clients in investments, ongoing day-to-day corporate and commercial work, complex technological and commercial transactions, and merger and acquisition transactions. Specializes in a wide range of fields in the High-Tech ecosystem, including Deep Tech cleantech and energy, aggrotech, and medical device.
