Tara E. Lynch is a Partner in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees. She handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving construction defect litigation, the defense of real estate and design professionals, the defense of toxic tort claims, product liability claims, and employment matters. Additionally, Ms. Lynch has experience in the defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims and premises liability claims. A former appellate clerk, Ms. Lynch also represents clients at the appellate level, including before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Lynch worked as a litigation associate at a regional law firm and completed a clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. While in law school, Ms. Lynch served as Editor in Chief of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter and as Articles Editor of The Labor Lawyer, an American Bar Association employment law journal. During law school, Ms. Lynch also served as a judicial intern in the New Hampshire Superior Court. Ms. Lynch has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2014.
