Bio

Michael P. Burke is a Partner in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has experience representing clients in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts as well as in other jurisdictions. Mr. Burke’s litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, managing discovery, and arguing pre-trial motions. Within his general business litigation practice, Mr. Burke focuses on matters involving complex financial disputes, intellectual property, and trade secrets. While in law school, Mr. Burke served as an article editor on the Boston University Journal of Science & Technology Law. He has also taught legal research and writing to first-year law students as an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law.
