Jose I. Leon is a partner in the Labor & Employment and Insurance practice groups. Mr. Leon represents management clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including equal employment, breach of contract, harassment, wage-and-hour, leaves and benefits, non-competition, torts, and other claims. He represents places of public accommodation in ADA Title III disputes involving both physical and virtual locations. He also represents insurers in coverage and bad faith matters. Mr. Leon handles administrative matters and all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit stage through appeal.
