John R. Joyce is a Partner in the Chicago office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Business Transactions practice group. Mr. Joyce concentrates his practice primarily in real estate transactions and assist his clients in solving complex real estate problems. He represents developers through acquisition, financing, construction and final disposition of development projects. He is very familiar with all aspects of the development process, including land use, environmental and tax issues. Mr. Joyce is also experienced in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, residential and commercial development, condominium conversions, zoning, leasing, loan documentation and loan workout.
