John B. Fraher is an experienced civil litigator at Gordon & Rees. Mr. Fraher focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, contracts, real estate matters and defense of professional liability and tort claims, as well as consumer class actions. Mr. Fraher also represents homeowner associations and boards of directors throughout California. In addition, Mr. Fraher has extensive experience representing product manufacturers, including aerospace, construction and medical device companies, against products liability actions. Mr. Fraher represents a diverse body of clients, from individuals to multi-national corporations. Mr. Fraher has defended hundreds of actions in Southern California, as well as the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Fraher specializes in resolving cases through dispositive motions and has had multiple motions for summary judgment granted and demurrers sustained in favor of his clients. At the same time, Mr. Fraher is an aggressive, pro-active litigator who looks to resolve matters in an efficient manner.
